Stage Sprint 3-2-1 is a dynamic, three-hour theater workshop designed for new and returning performers alike.

Each session offers a welcoming, playful introduction to acting, improvisation, scene work, and ensemble collaboration — no experience required. Perfect for rising 7th–9th graders and anyone curious about theater!

What is Stage Sprint 3-2-1?

Do students have to attend all sessions?
Not at all! Each workshop stands alone — families can register for one, two, or all three. Students attending multiple dates will experience different exercises and scene assignments at each session.

What age group is this for?
Stage Sprint 3-2-1 is open to rising 7th–9th graders (generally ages 12–15), but younger students with experience or older students new to theater are welcome — contact us if you have questions.

What do students need to bring?
Comfortable clothing for movement, water, a notebook and pencil, and a readiness to collaborate and play!

Will they perform for parents?
At the end of each workshop, students will share a brief informal scene or exercise demonstration for each other — family attendance is optional but welcome.
