Enrollment & Tuition Information

At Youth Theater Collective, we believe in cultivating bold, creative, and connected young artists — whether they’re stepping onstage for the first time or taking on a lead role. Our tuition model honors the investment families make while sustaining a high-quality, trauma-informed experience for every student.

YTC Players (Grades K–4)

Our youngest performers explore storytelling, imagination, and foundational stage skills in a joyful, supportive environment.

Tuition: $495 per 10-week session
Class Format: 60-minute weekly classes
Focus: Creative play, musical expression, movement, and ensemble-building
Performances: End-of-session showcase for families
Limited Show Opportunities: Select YTC Players may be invited to join mainstage productions in a very limited capacity. Participation is based on maturity, capability, and a demonstrated willingness to grow.

*YTC Players build the essential foundation for future Company and Apprentice roles, with an emphasis on confidence and creativity.

Production Ensemble (Grades 5–12)

Fall, Winter, and Spring Sessions run in 10-week cycles and culminate in a fully produced show.

Cohort Placement & Tuition

YTC Apprentices (Ensemble-level performers): $695/session

Introductory experience. Two rehearsals/week focused on growth and collaboration.

YTC Company (Lead + featured roles): $895/session

Advanced training and performance. Includes additional rehearsal hours and individualized coaching.

YTC Stage Crew (Tech + Design Track): $895/session

For students interested in design, lighting, costumes, or stage management. Equal creative authority and faculty time.

*All tracks—performance and technical—receive equitable instructional time and production visibility.

YTC Singers (Show Choir Add-On): $195/session

Open to enrolled students in Grades 5–12. Rehearsals folded into weekly schedule. Performs at seasonal events and public showcases

*Tuition is based on cohort placement, instructional time, and production needs

Please Note:

All families will receive an invoice after completing registration. This allows us to apply any eligible discounts, scholarships, or referral credits before payment is due. No payment is required at the time of sign-up.

We want to make sure every family receives the full value of their tuition and any incentives available to them.

Winter Workshop Series (Dec 1–21, 2025)

Tuition Policy

Referral Discount Policy:
Youth Theater Collective offers a $50 tuition credit to currently enrolled families for each new family referred who completes registration and payment for a session or program (Fall, Winter, Spring, or Summer).

A “new family” is defined as a family with no prior enrollment history at YTC. The referred family must list the referring family’s name at the time of registration for the credit to apply.

Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied to tuition for YTC sessions. Credits may not be applied toward workshops, merchandise, or other fees. Multiple credits may be earned and stacked. Credits are applied after the referred family has completed registration and payment for their first session.

YTC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
