Youth Theater Collective
Youth Theater Collective is a collaborative environment built on trust, responsibility, and mutual respect. All participants are expected to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and professional working environment.

All participants are expected to:
Treat others with respect, regardless of role or experience
Listen actively and communicate clearly
Take responsibility for their actions and commitments
Support a collaborative, non-disruptive rehearsal environment
Respect & Inclusion
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or exclusion based on identity, ability, background, or role will not be tolerated.
YTC values:
Diverse perspectives
Role parity across performance and production pathways
Constructive feedback over personal criticism
Behavior & Accountability
Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:
Disrupting rehearsals or meetings
Unsafe use of equipment or facilities
Disrespectful language or actions
Repeated failure to meet commitments
Concerns will be addressed through:
Clear communication
Restorative conversation when appropriate
Progressive accountability measures if behavior continues
Safety
All safety protocols must be followed at all times.
Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from specific activities or, if necessary, from the program.
